Account information — including your registered name, date of birth, and identification details — must be accurate and match your valid government-issued ID. Providing false information at registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

All deposits on 718pub are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted funding channels include Philippine e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, InstaPay transfers, and Philippine bank transfers. The availability of specific payment channels may change from time to time; refer to the Deposit page for the current list of supported options.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Funding your 718pub account using a payment method belonging to another person is not permitted and may trigger a review of your account activity.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment channel.
• Deposits are normally credited to your game wallet once the transfer is confirmed by the payment provider.
• 718pub is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider during processing.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 718pub.

If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, contact 718pub support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PHP to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete the platform's KYC verification. This requires submitting a valid government-issued ID and may include additional documentation as requested by the 718pub verification team. KYC is a one-time process unless your information changes or a re-verification is triggered by account activity.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 718pub reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or money laundering, balances may be forfeited in full.

718pub provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to some or all platform features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 718pub's liability to you in connection with any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the relevant issue occurred. 718pub is not liable for:
